Already purchased your uniforms, polos, hats, work shirts, scrubs or jackets? Bring or ship your own blank garments to Gaspar Stitch. We embroider your company logo directly onto the apparel you already own. You pay for embroidery—not for another shirt.
Mix eligible garment styles in one order: for example, polos + jackets + hats carrying the same logo. You can also ask us to source blanks if you need them. Our team reviews garment suitability before production.

04 / A ONE-TIME SETUP FOR NEW LOGOS
WHAT IS DIGITIZING?
Embroidery machines cannot simply stitch a JPG or PNG like a printer. Your artwork must first be converted into a stitch-ready embroidery design.
Standard logo digitizing starts at $28 per new design. If we already have your approved design on file for the same application, you generally do not need to pay that setup fee again.

Yes. Bring your own clean, suitable uniforms, blank garments or bags for embroidery. Contact us if you're unsure whether a fabric or item is suitable.
Do I have to buy shirts from Gaspar Stitch?
No. Bring your own clean, eligible uniforms or blank garments and pay only for the embroidery service and any applicable setup or upgrades. If you need apparel, ask us about sourcing.
Does the price include the shirt or hat?
No. The listed $12.50, $9.50, $6.50 and $5.00 standard rates are embroidery per item, not garment prices. The base service covers one placement and up to 10,000 stitches.
Can I mix polos, jackets and hats to reach a quantity tier?
Often yes when they use the same approved logo and compatible embroidery requirements. Contact us before ordering if placements or stitch requirements differ.
What is digitizing and do I need it every time?
Digitizing converts artwork into machine-readable stitches. Standard new-design setup is $28. Existing approved designs on file generally do not need a repeat standard setup; specialty sizing or construction can require additional digitizing.
Do you show me a proof first?
Yes. Production is scheduled after your embroidery proof has been approved and the invoice is paid.
What is included in the flat rate?
Base pricing includes one embroidery design up to 10,000 stitches. Digitizing, additional locations, names and other upgrades may be extra.
How do I personalize my order?
Use the original product options and Add to Cart section below. That is where embroidery choices, special instructions, artwork uploads and actual order pricing are collected.
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Yes, local pickup and shipping are available. Shipping charges depend on the order and chosen service. Contact us before mailing garments to confirm suitability and receiving instructions.
Before ordering, review our Terms of Service, including customer-supplied garment responsibilities, proof approval and logo authorization. Production and final pricing are controlled by the original Shopify product form and Globo options below.
