At Gaspar Stitch, every order is crafted with precision, care, and a touch of pirate pride. Because we specialize in custom embroidery and made-to-order garments, our policies are designed to protect both our crew and our customers.
By placing an order with Gaspar Stitch, you agree to the terms below.
⚓ ALL CUSTOM ORDERS — FINAL SALE
All embroidered, printed, or customized items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom embroidery
- Personalized items (names, logos, placements)
- Worn, washed, or altered garments
🧵 BLANK GARMENT POLICY
If Gaspar Stitch is sourcing garments for your order:
Before Blanks Are Ordered:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours
- After 24 hours, cancellations may incur processing fees
After Blanks Are Ordered:
- A 30% restocking fee will appl
- Customer will receive store credit for the remaining balance
After Blanks Are Received or Production Begins:
- Order becomes FINAL SALE
- No refunds will be issued
- Store credit may be offered at our discretion only
🚫 CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS (BYOG)
If you bring your own garments:
- Gaspar Stitch is not responsible for:
- Damage during embroidery
- Manufacturer defects
- Thread breaks due to fabric quality
👉 No refunds or replacements will be provided for customer-supplied items.
⚔️ ORDER APPROVAL & PROOFING
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve carefully
- Once approved:
- No changes can be made
- Gaspar Stitch is not liable for errors (spelling, placement, sizing, colors)
Delays in approval may result in production rescheduling.
⏱️ PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDERS
- Standard turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees
- Rush and priority fees are non-refundable
- Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or customer response time are outside our control
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Gaspar Stitch is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
If you need guaranteed delivery timing, contact us before placing your order.
🛠️ ERRORS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
If we make a mistake, we make it right.
If your order has:
- Incorrect logo
- Wrong placement (not matching approved proof)
- Manufacturing defect caused by us
👉 Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
We will:
- Repair
- Replace
OR - Offer store credit
(Photos are required for all claims.)
💳 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are rare and only issued if:
- Gaspar Stitch cannot fulfill your order
- A verified production error cannot be corrected
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In most eligible cases, Gaspar Stitch will issue store credit instead of refunds.

By uploading a logo or design, you confirm that:
- You own the rights
OR - You have permission to reproduce it
