Embroidery 101
These are the thread colors we use:
Designs can have up to 15 different colors in them. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest numbers of colors possible. Please Note: Different screens can display colors differently. Colors are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.

Hat Size Embroidery: Our standard sizing for Centered designs is 2.25" tall and 4" wide (while keeping your designs proportions).
Shirt Size Embroidery: Our standard sizing for Left Chest designs is 3.50" wide.
Our current production time: is an estimated 10 business days (Mon-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once an order finishes production it is shipped via UPS/USPS and typically takes a few business days to get to your door. Rush Option available 1-5 business days to complete.
Turnaround times are estimates. Most orders are completed and shipped out in the original estimated shipping window we provide. However, sometimes issues come up during production that may delay an order a few days (Logo not stitching well, human production errors, blanks on back-order).
