Yes, always. We send a digital proof of your design before we embroider anything. You must approve the proof before production begins.

## How to Check Your Golf Bag

Before placing your order, inspect the front ball pocket.

### Your pocket is probably removable when:

* A zipper runs around nearly the entire outside edge of the panel.

* The complete front panel separates from the golf bag.

* The pocket can lie relatively flat after removal.

* No permanent seams connect the panel to the bag.

* The zipper has two pulls or continues around multiple sides.

### Your pocket is probably not removable when:

* Only the pocket opening unzips.

* The zipper only provides access inside the pocket.

* The bottom or sides are permanently sewn to the golf bag.

* Removing it would require cutting thread or fabric.

* The pocket remains attached after every zipper has been opened.

A normal pocket zipper does not automatically mean the panel is removable. The **entire front ball-pocket panel must unzip from the golf bag**.

## Mail-In Golf Bag Pocket Embroidery

You do not need to ship the entire golf bag when the ball pocket fully detaches.

How It Works

**2. Remove the Ball Pocket**

Fully unzip the ball-pocket panel from your golf bag. Do not cut any stitching or force the zipper.

**3. Mail the Pocket**

Ship or Drop Off Your Ball Pocket
Place your removable ball pocket in a poly mailer and ship it to us. If you select return shipping at checkout, we'll embroider it and ship it back to you. Prefer local service? Simply drop it off and pick it up at any of our locations.

**4. Approve Your Proof**

We will prepare an electronic embroidery proof showing the design, placement, dimensions and thread colors.

**5. Receive Your Finished Pocket**

After approval, we embroider the panel and ship it back to you. Reattach it to your golf bag using the original zipper.

Available embroidery dimensions depend on the usable area of the removable panel. Zippers, seams, piping, folds and existing branding reduce the available embroidery space.

Highly detailed logos may need to be simplified for a clean and durable result. Small lettering, thin lines and complicated artwork may not reproduce properly in embroidery.

We will confirm the recommended dimensions during the proofing process.
