Production and payment terms. We currently do not offer payment terms. Invoices must be paid in full before production can begin. All artwork is sent for customer review through our Smart Proofer system; production begins only after the required artwork is approved and materials are ready. The selected production turnaround begins after payment, required proof approval, and receipt of all garments, subject to scheduling and stock availability. Our order tracker keeps you updated until completion. Pricing is an estimate subject to confirmed product availability, artwork complexity and final specifications. Sales tax, if applicable, is not included.
