Compare embroidery services for hats, polos, workwear, bags and special occasions. Bring your own garments, or ask us about sourcing apparel. Local drop-off is available in Lutz, Florida, and we accept mail-in orders from across the USA.
All prices below are in USD. Service pricing does not include garments unless explicitly stated. Final pricing depends on your artwork, stitch count, placement and selected service.
Logo embroidery: price per piece
Choose your quantity and turnaround. Standard logo placement is approximately 3.5 inches wide on the left chest or up to 2 inches tall on a hat. Up to 10,000 stitches are included; additional stitches are billed separately.

Standard variants are labeled 15 business days; the service description allows 15–20 business days. Confirm your required delivery date before ordering. Production begins after proof approval.
A one-time $28 standard digitizing fee applies to new designs. Returning customers using an existing file do not pay a new digitizing fee for that file.
Choose logo embroidery quantity and turnaround
Example: a 12-piece standard order
12 × $9.50 = $114 in embroidery. With a new standard logo digitized at $28, the service subtotal is $142, before garments, additional services, applicable taxes or shipping.
Names, numbers & personalization
Add employee names, player numbers, credentials, titles or initials. Pricing is per name/number embroidery location; add one unit per garment and location required.

Include spelling, font preference, thread color and placement in your order notes. A digital proof lets you review the details before stitching.
Golf bag ball-pocket embroidery
Personalize a compatible golf bag ball pocket with a name, logo or combined design. Nationwide mail-in service is available. Confirm your pocket and design are compatible before shipping.

3D puff upgrade
Add raised, dimensional embroidery for $3.50 per embroidery location. This is an add-on to your base embroidery service, not a standalone embroidery price. Bold lettering and structured hats are especially suited to puff; design compatibility is confirmed during proofing. Puff digitizing is a separate service where required.
Custom embroidered graduation stoles
These packages include premium satin fabric, custom embroidery and a free proof. No minimum order is required.

What can you bring?
Polos, shirts, hoodies, hats, jackets, scrubs, uniforms, backpacks and totes may be suitable. Specialty items and unfamiliar fabrics should be reviewed before ordering. For ordinary embroidery services, the garment is customer-supplied unless separately quoted.
How ordering works
- Choose the service, quantity and turnaround that match your order.
- Provide your artwork and placement details. AI, EPS, PDF and high-resolution PNG files are accepted for logo embroidery.
- Drop off your items in Lutz or arrange to ship them to us.
- Review and approve your digital proof.
- We stitch your order for pickup or shipping.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. The logo service has a 1–6 piece tier, personalization has no minimum, and graduation stoles can be ordered individually.
Does the price include a shirt or hat?
Logo embroidery and personalization are service prices for your garments unless apparel is quoted separately. The graduation stole packages include satin fabric.
Do I pay digitizing again on every reorder?
Not when the existing file can be reused unchanged. A new or revised design may need a separate setup; ask us before ordering.
What about extra-large designs, extra stitches or additional placements?
These can change the price. Request a quote with your artwork, finished size, quantity and every placement. No additional-placement or extra-stitch price is assumed in this guide.
Can you meet my event date?
Rush and expedite variants are available. Confirm production capacity and your required in-hand date before ordering; proof approval, item receipt and shipping affect the schedule.
Can I use any logo?
You must own the design or have permission to use it. Gaspar Stitch is not responsible for trademark or copyright disputes involving customer-provided artwork.
