We recommend shipping your removable pocket by FedEx or UPS with tracking. Keep your tracking number and proof of delivery until Gaspar Stitch confirms receipt. You are responsible for the pocket while it is in transit to our studio. Gaspar Stitch LLC cannot be responsible for a package that is lost, delayed, misdelivered, or never received by us. Our responsibility for the pocket begins only after our team confirms physical receipt. For shipments lost in transit, contact your carrier and submit a claim using your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Yes. We provide a proof for your review and approval before embroidery begins.

When does the production clock begin?

After we receive the pocket, payment is completed and you approve your proof. Shipping transit is separate from production days.

What is return shipping?
