PLEASE follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct!

There are no returns or exchanges on any of our items. This includes products that are not monogrammed. Once we add designs or Logo to our garments, the design cannot be removed. Once we stitch an item, it cannot be undone. Everything from our shop is custom handmade in the order received, which is indicated by our processing time. 

We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like Font and/or color thread you/we agreed; or because our processing time was not noted at the time you placed an order. Our processing time is stated at 2-10 business days.

If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP. Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 2 days of receiving your item.  


GASPAR STITCH LLC waiver of customer supplied items or garments for decoration on DTF/Heat Print or Embroidery: GASPAR STITCH LLC prefers to work on garments / items that we obtain from known suppliers of products created for decoration. We use apparel and other products that have been tested and proven to provide quality decoration whether, Heat Printing, DTF Printing, or Embroidery.

Occasionally during the decoration process, a garment or item will be damaged or resistant to accepting decoration. Sometimes we experience unexpected results decorating untested material. Heat Printed / DTF Printed apparel and printable substrates may have chemical agents impregnated into the fabric and or substrate that detrimentally affect the decoration application.

Please note that when providing personal garments to be embroidered; that embroidery machines can on occasion eat and/or mangle garments. If we have supplied the garment or product for printing or embroidery, we have calculated a margin of error into the overall job cost to replace damaged products. We cannot replace garments or items we have not provided. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we cannot replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is.

The customer must acknowledge awareness and agree to the possibility of decoration mishaps. Problems, mishaps occur on average at the rate of 5%. By placing an order or paying our invoice you acknowledge this waiver, the customer releases GASPAR STITCH LLC of all responsibility in the instance of damaged or unexpected results to the customer’s supplied garment or product decorated whether Heat Printed, DTF printed, or Embroidered.

This Policy must be acknowledged before submitting any order.
